D G Homes and DGMA Legal Consultancy are one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Dubai for investors from Germany, Austria and Switzerland (aka the DACH region). In 2012, Daniel Garofoli, the founder of D G Homes brought new life into the Dubai real estate industry with his “disruptive” approach. For more than 5 years his focus has been on affordable luxury with small boutique and niche property developers. He has developed a unique investment strategy specially for investors from the DACH region. Daniel Garofoli has already sold over 1000 properties and is now the best-known German real estate agent in Dubai. In 2021 he founded the companies D G Homes and DGMA Legal Consultancy to offer an “all-inclusive” service and support to his DACH investors.
As our business is expanding, we are looking for motivated, creative minds who want to implement visions and goals together with us. We are now looking for a Real Estate Agent in Dubai to join our sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Qualifying new leads
- Prospecting new business through warm calling and maintaining relationship with our existing clients
- Supporting property resale transactions in our exclusive projects
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating and finalizing sales deals
- Sourcing new projects, maintaining good relationship with selected developers
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and new developments
- Regularly providing content to our Marketing department

What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate market
- Strong focus on the secondary market
- Focus on developers like Emaar and Sobha
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, ambitious and goal-oriented
- You have a friendly personality, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- You are flexible, take initiative and are able to work independently
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- German speaking is a plus
- Based in Dubai
